How Sign out (Android)-How to remove an account

How to remove an account:
There’s no option to sign out of the Gmail app for Android without removing your entire account from your phone or tablet. 
  1. Go to your device’s Settings menu.
  2. Find the section for Accounts.
  3. Remove the account. (If your device has a three-dot menu at the top right, you can find the Remove account option there.)

How to Permanently Delete WhatsApp Contacts?

If you delete the contact of that person from your phone's contact list, then his contact will be erased from your WhatsApp too.
NB: If you've done chatting with that person before, then you'll still see his contact in your WhatsApp. Simply, tap and hold the contact on WhatsApp, which brings you a popup menu. Tap on 'Delete chat/conversation' option to completely remove him.
