UBUNTU 18.04 (SCHOOL UBUNTU 2019) CLICK HERE...



1. വിൻഡോസ് ഉള്ള ഒരു കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറിൽ ഉബണ്ടു കയറ്റാൻ ഒരു ഹാർഡ് ഡിസ്ക് ,മുഴുവനായി MBR (D0S) ഫോർമാറ്റിൽ നിന്ന് GPT ഫോർമാറ്റിലേക്ക് മാറ്റണം... ഇതിന് ഹാർഡ് ഡിസ്ക് ഫുൾ ആയി മായ്ക്കണം.... കാരണം MBR ഒരു ഹാർഡ് ഡിസ്കിനെ 4 ആക്കി മാത്രം പാർട്ടീഷ്യൻ ചെയ്യാൻ അനുവദിക്കൂ... windows തന്നെ 3 പാർട്ടീഷ്യൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കീട്ട് ഉണ്ടാകും, അതിൽ UBUntu വിന്റെ വീണ്ടും ഒരു 3 പാർട്ടീഷ്യൻ കയറില്ല.
2. വിൻഡോസ് വേണ്ട എങ്കിൽ... യാതൊന്നും ചെയ്യാതെ MBR(Dos) ൽ തന്നെ ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾ ചെയ്യാം..... കാരണം MBR നാല് പാർട്ടീഷ്യൻ വരെ അനുവദിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ ആ പാർട്ടിഷ്യനുകൾ   കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഉബണ്ടു ഇൻസ്റ്റാളാകും.(ഉബണ്ടുവിന് 3 പാർട്ടീഷ്യനായാലും മതി )
3. പാർട്ടീഷ്യൽ ചെക്ക് ചെയ്യാൻ /GPT or MBR ആക്കാൻ
1. Ubuntu CD / USB Boot ചെയ്ത് കയറുക..
2. Try Ubuntu without installing എന്ന ആദ്യ ഓപ്ഷൻ എടുക്കുക
3. Application> system tools > GParted Partition Editor ....
4. Device-> Create Partition Table > ഇതിൽ MBR ആക്കാൻ msdos ഉം GPT ആക്കാൻ gpt യും Select ചെയ്യുക > Apply
Ubuntu 18.04 ന് മൂന്ന് പാർട്ടീഷനുകൾ

1. EFI System പാർട്ടീഷ്യൻ (200 MB).... NB... ഇതിലാണ് GRUB.... ഇതില്ലെങ്കിൽ വിൻഡോസും, ഉബണ്ടുവും പരസ്പരം മാറ്റുന്ന Grub കിട്ടില്ല... ഇൻസ്റ്റലേഷൻ സമയത്ത് ശരിയായില്ലെങ്കിലും പിന്നീട് ഇതിൽ GRUB നിർമ്മിക്കാം.. Help ഫയൽ കാണുക...

2. Swap area (RAM നേക്കാൾ 1GB കൂടുതൽ)

3. root Partition ... ex4 ഫോർമാറ്റ്.... മിനിമം 30GB വേണം.... മൗണ്ട് പോയന്റ് /....
Efi system partition നിർമ്മിക്കാൻ ചെല സമയങ്ങളിൽ പറ്റില്ല, അപ്പോൾ /boot എന്ന് നല്കി ആ 250 MB ഉണ്ടാക്കുക(use as ex4)..... windows 10 ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഓട്ടമാറ്റിക് ആയി  ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന Efi Partition ഇതിന് ഉപയോഗിക്കാനാകില്ല. Ubuntu ന് വേറെ വേണം നിർമ്മിക്കാൻ സാധ്യമല്ലെങ്കിൽ 250 MB ൽ /boot എന്ന പാർട്ടീഷ്യൻ നിർമ്മിക്കണം(use as ex4 )

പാർട്ടീഷൻ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ തെറ്റി ചെയ്താൽ Unused partition എന്നുള്ള രീതിയിൽ സെലക്ട് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റാതെ ഹാർഡ് ഡിസ്ക് സ്പെയസ്കണ്ടാൽ രണ്ട് സെറ്റപ്പ് ബാക്കിൽ പോയി വീണ്ടും മുന്നോട്ട് വരുക... അപ്പോൾ ശരിയാകും
