Please ask the following certificates

1.original adaram
2.Keezadharam
3.Kudikkada certificate for last 15-20 years(certificate of encumbrance on property)-(for forms visit my site)(available from registration dept,there is no need of any document or presence of the owner,anyone can take this certificate without the consent of the owner,must enter the details of property as in the adaram(no need to present the adaram in the office))
4.POSSESSION CERTIFICATE(available from village office)-(for forms visit my site)
5.NO L.A.PROCEDURES CERTIFICATE-there is no form-APPLY on a white paper-(available from village office there is no separate certificate for this and it will be marked on the POSSESSION CERTIFICATE itself)
6.TAX RECEIPT OF THE CURRENT YEAR(photo and original(original shows there is no loan)
7.LOCATION CERTIFICATE(available from village office)-(for form visit my site)
8.VILLAGE SKETCH-(available from village office)-no forms-write on a white paper

MEASURE YOUR LAND WITH THE HELP OF a civil engineer(consult any construction parties)
APPROXIMATE COST=500 TO 1000
He will prepare a sketch of our land

"REGISTER YOUR LAND"
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF LAND REGISTRATION
1.SKETCH
2.Copy of voters id of buyer and seller
3.Copy of adaram of the seller
4.4 copies of photos of both
5.Copy of tax receipt of the land.
6.Two witness at the time of registration
7.Bring the originals at the time of registration.
8.Please give the form for pokkuvaravu

The aadaram will get within 5 to 7 days(GIVE A FILLED APPLICATION FORM FOR POKKUVARAVU AT REG.OFFICE THEY GIVE BACK THIS signed pokkuvaravu APPLICATION FORM TO YOU. SUBMIT THE SIGNED POKKUVARAVU APPLICATION FORM AT VILLAGE OFFICE ONLY AFTER 1 MONTH OF REGISTRATION.)

Please give an application for pokkuvaravu(available at my site(affix revenue stamp)and submit at the village office.
The pokku varavu will be done only one month after the aadaram registration(to avoid complaints).

Soon after the pokkuvaravu, pay land tax for your registered land,
(approximately Rs.15 for 13 cent)(Tax Receipt is highly important document)


You can apply for kudikkadam certificate soon after the availability of aadaram.
For location sketch(Please help the village officer to visit your land)
after you had done the pokkuvaravu.

Visit a civil engineer(pvt with computer staff) and ask him to design house(please draw a rough before the visit)
design cost=500 to 5000
and ask him to prepare the documents that we have to submit at the panchayat for permit.
Documents to be submitted in the Panchayat office
1.Filled Application form (got from Panchayath)
2.Copy of aadaram
3.Tax receipt
4.Plan(3types)-3 copies
5.Possession certificate-(available from village office)-for forms visit my site
(please keep the original documents at the time of submission)

please visit the panchayat after one week of the submission and invite the overseer
to visit the site ,after 2 or three days of the visit ,please go to the panchayt to pay the fees it may be 700 and above.Please keep a stamped self addressed cover and give it to the officer who remit the fee.

The documents to be produced along with service connection application
1 Proof of Identity (Photo Identity Card).
2 Ownership Certificate. In case of service connection for domestic purpose and for construction purpose approved plan / building permit issued by local body also is acceptable.
3 Sketch showing details of connected equipments, marked in building plan.
4 Test Certificate of Capacitor Banks, if applicable.
5 Test Certificate of energy meter & replacement agreement, if consumer supplies meter.
6 Consumer's Installation Completion Certificate.
7 Certificate for claiming exemption from payment of cost for providing service connection, if applicable.
8 Consents / Authorisations / Approvals wherever applicable.
9 Indemnity Bond, if applicable.
10 Self addressed & stamped envelope / post card.
11 Service Connection Agreement.
